Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse business data, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and performance tracking for business units.
• Collaborate with category managers, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to optimize business operations
• Work with tech teams to automate reporting and enhance data visualization.
• Conduct deep dives into consumer behaviour, sales performance, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide insights on seller performance and suggest strategies to enhance marketplace efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a tech-driven business is preferred.
